Tatta has been friends with Pope since his youth and later became his right-hand man in his drug organization. Even when Pope and himself are captured by his uncle Cobus, who turns out to be working on behalf of the Mexicans, he remains loyal to Pope. He is even the one who shoots his uncle in cold blood when they manage to escape the group of campers. But when more things go wrong, their friendship turns out not to be able to withstand everything. Pope expresses his doubts and Tatta becomes furious. He then kidnaps Samira, Pope’s sister. But she manages to escape. In the meantime, Tatta knows that he has become number 1 on Pope’s death list.
